New Models: Spencer & Shance

Spencer (left) and Shance (right) were our newest models that are wearing (1) navy sakura and (2) black paws in size large. They were both super excited to join the team and their smiles were ear to ear when they got treats for sitting!

Behind the Scenes

Here is a behind the scenes look into our photoshoot. Here is Weenie and Honey modeling together. Honey and Weenie aren't the best of friends but they definitely tolerate each other.  The main thing that is needed for a successful photoshoot is TREATS! We are able to get the dogs to look where we want (most of the time) and try to direct them as much as possible.  Our dogs can be pretty cooperative but sometimes they just want all play and no work! Keep checking back for more pictures!!

Park Essentials

Last weekend, Pepper & Goma wore their collars to the park. The collar accessories are made with elastic, which makes it super convenient to use at the park because it's quick and easy to put on and off. With the elastic fittings in four different sizes, it fits most dogs too! These collars add character and personality to your fur baby instantly! With the collars being pre-shrunk, you can hand wash them and reuse if they get dirty. 

Great accessory for your fur baby who isn't used to wearing clothes, and with the various colors and fabric patterns the collars can fit any occasion!

The Beginning

In May 2012, Shari and Joy officially met in person at the Wiener Derby at Thomas Square Park. They've seen each other's dogs before on instagram, but never met one another until this event. Through their love for all things dachshund, they became walking partners and took their fur babies every where with them.

From their weekly walks, they always talked about the newest dog toys or the cutest outfits. They both wished that one day they could open a luxury dog boutique that had everything cute & modern for their own pups. With a dream, came brain storming, and soon this idea was about to be real...

On September 2014, Shari and Joy decided to start a dog business. The name "Furst Love" came from knowing that their love for their "Fur" babies were always first. They are currently doing pre-orders and custom orders on dog collars via email, and will debut at a craft fair in December 2014 and officially at the Hawaii Pet Expo in May 2015.
